Carpenter / Project Lead / Japanese wood working

Complete renovation of 600 square feet for a Japanese style suite of bath bedroom and wardrobe. Most of the demo is done and need to finalize design and start frame out and other work.

You should have at least 8 years experience in carpentry or project lead for residential remodeling and/ or have skills in japnese joinry or solid cabinetry skills to follow designs.

Upon completion the idea is to create the feeling of walking into a real Japanese home and should be an exciting and rewarding project. We will be working with large wood slabs and a number of exotic woods as well as building Japanese style lattice floor boards among other artifacts in this space.

Compensation commensuate with skills and experience.
