Responsibilities:

Install missing hardware and finish items

Paint touch-ups

Adjust doors and cabinets

Caulk baseboards, windows, showers, and cabinets

Repair or replace damaged baseboards

Complete final punch list items

Requirements:

Finish carpentry or punch list experience

Own hand tools and PPE

Reliable transportation

Detail-oriented and dependable
