We are looking for a residential carpenter with 3+ years experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of residential framing methods, can work efficiently with minimal supervision, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

This position is ideal for someone who wants opportunity to learn from a career framer and home builder, and to grow with a reputable local company.

We offer competitive pay, transportation from the shop to job sites daily, and tools are provided. Our work is based in Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Grays Harbor counties.

Key Responsibilities
-Perform residential framing/carpentry for custom homes, additions, and remodels
-Must be able to work independently, without constant supervision
-Read and interpret plans, layouts, and structural details
-Assist with job site organization and material handling
-Coordinate effectively with crew members and project leadership
-Maintain safe and professional job site practices

Qualifications
-3+ years of residential carpentry experience
-Strong understanding of residential framing techniques and building practices
-Ability to read plans and perform layout work accurately
-Experience with roof systems, beams, headers, and structural framing
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
