Carpenter / Repair & Maintenance Construction Service Tech

Full-time positions available. Must be willing work nights.

We work on commercial buildings only. Any or all of the following skills will be a plus: carpentry, floor and wall tile repair, wall patching, painting, plumbing, door and door hardware repair, ceiling tiles and more.

You must have a reliable vehicle and you will need basic hand tools. There will be mostly regular day time hours, occasional night work and occasional after hours and weekend emergencies.

A background and drug test will be required. If you are honest and a responsible team player with a good work ethic who is looking to hire on with a seasoned commercial general and electrical contractor, please send your resume.

Make sure you meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Service/Repair
• Understand the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
• Must have good communication skills, (written and verbal).
• Available to work on-call (occasional after-hours emergencies and/or weekends)
