Carpenter / Siding Repair Contractor

We’re a growing residential painting company in the Kansas City metro looking to partner with a registered carpentry/siding contractor for ongoing work.

We regularly are getting work that requires wood rot repair, siding replacement, and exterior carpentry before painting. Our crews are able to complete this work currently but it is slowing down our ability to keep up.

We’re looking for a professional who can take these leads, meet with homeowners, bid and close the work, and complete repairs efficiently so our painting crews can move in on schedule.

This is a partnership opportunity — not hourly work.

What we’re looking for:

Registered/insured business

Strong experience with wood rot repair, siding replacement, trim, and exterior carpentry
Ability to meet homeowners, scope jobs, and close warm leads
Clean, professional workmanship
Reliable, communicative, and able to stay on schedule
Own tools and transportation

You bid the job directly and keep 100% of the work
We do not take a cut — we just need the work completed efficiently and correctly
Once repairs are complete, our painting crews step in
