Looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, reliable individual to assist with a wide variety of projects in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

We primarily focus on finish carpentry, but also take on decks, remodels, and occasional new construction. Every day is different, one day may involve demo or site work, the next may be high-end finish work in a custom home.

Experience required but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
This is a great opportunity to apply/improve skills and gain experience across multiple aspects of construction.
This is custom carpentry, not track home carpentry
We do a lot of work with pre finished hardwoods (not so much paint grade)

This is a 1099 subcontractor position (must be able to invoice and handle your own taxes).

Skills required:

• Trim carpentry
• Cabinet installation
• Experience with beams and barn doors
• Floating shelves and mantles
• Light framing
• Stair rails
• Countertop installation (Wood tops)
• Built-ins
• Minor plumbing and electrical
• Crown molding
• Flooring (occasionally)
• Tile (occasionally)

Genreal Requirements:

• Attention to detail and problem solving a must!
• Fully tooled
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation (truck or van)
• Strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor (we often work in occupied homes)
• Dependable and punctual

Compensation:
* Pay based on experience
