We are a premier design-build contractor specializing in high-end custom home remodels and new construction across the Bay Area. We are currently seeking a highly skilled **Concrete Framing Professional** to handle critical structural phases on our upcoming residential projects.

### **Scope of Work**

You will be responsible for executing precise formwork and structural concrete on luxury properties, which frequently involve challenging site conditions and steep topography. The work includes:

• **Complex Layouts:** Reading and perfectly executing detailed engineering and architectural plans.
• **Foundations:** Forming structural footings, grade beams, and piers.
• **Retaining Walls:** Forming and reinforcing structural hillside retaining walls and landscape walls.
• **Slabs:** Basements, garages, and custom architectural flatwork.
• **Form Setting & Prep:** All associated formwork, rebar tying, and pour preparation.

### **What We’re Looking For**

• Extensive, proven experience in high-end residential concrete and framing.
• A keen eye for detail and uncompromising standards for plumb, level, and square formwork.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the lead project manager and coordinate smoothly with other specialized site trades.
• Must possess your own tools and reliable transportation.
• If bidding as a subcontractor: Must be fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
