CARPENTER WANTED – Remodeling & Renovation Work

Optimal Building & Remodeling is looking to add a reliable, experienced carpenter to our team.

We specialize in residential remodeling and renovation work throughout Northern New Jersey, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, and general interior/exterior renovations.

Experience with the following is preferred:

General carpentry

Finish carpentry, doors & trim
Sheetrock installation
Tape & spackle experience is a plus
Demolition and jobsite preparation
General residential remodeling

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
Dependable and able to show up on time
Good work ethic and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willing to perform all aspects of remodeling work, including demolition

No truck or tools are required. Company tools and equipment will be provided.

Pay: Starting hourly rate is based on experience, skill level, and overall qualifications.
