Carpenter / Warehouse Associate – Product Assembly

Evolve USA LLC is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented carpenter or mechanically skilled individual to join our warehouse team. This position combines general warehouse responsibilities with hands-on product assembly, with a primary focus on assembling and finishing spearguns and other freediving and spearfishing equipment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble spearguns and other Evolve products according to company specifications
Measure, fit, drill, fasten and finish product components
Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy and safe operation
Package and prepare customer and dealer orders for shipment
Receive, organize and restock inventory
Maintain accurate product and supply counts
Keep the warehouse and assembly areas clean and organized
Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

Carpentry, woodworking, construction or mechanical assembly experience preferred
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions
Dependable, organized and able to work independently
Able to lift and move warehouse boxes and materials
Product assembly or warehouse experience is a plus
Interest in freediving, spearfishing or watersports is helpful but not required

Schedule: PT or FT availability

Compensation: TBD- Based on experience
