Carpenter/Cabinet Installer/Crew Lead

English a plus, but not necessary, as is experience supervising a crew. Wages will be determined by skill and experience. We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with hands-on experience in various installation tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read blueprints and schematics, ensuring that all installations meet our high standards of quality and safety. The Installation Technician will work on diverse projects, including residential and commercial installations, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Perform installation tasks for various fixtures, including cabinets, doors, drawer boxes, hardware. Modify existing cabinets to accommodate farm sinks and resize for appliances.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installations.
Execute trim carpentry
Assist with water damage restoration
Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as necessary for installation tasks.
Collaborate with team members on construction site activities to ensure efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service during installations, addressing any client concerns.
Qualifications

Proven experience in the construction or restoration industry is preferred.
Strong skills in carpentry, including woodworking, cabinet, cabinet door , drawer box and hardware installation
Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
