Carpenter/carpenters helper

Experienced remodeling carpenter. I work hand in hand with a National Waterproofing Company I do all their prep work and all the put back work before and after each job. I need people that can take care of the demolition remove the drywall paneling insulation 2x4s relocate electrical temporarily disconnect Plumbing disconnect toilet sinks vanities. Maintaining a clean and safe job site as we go along after a few days we come back we reinstall everything that's been taken out so we hang the sheetrock put in the studs replace the insulation put the electrical and Plumbing back where it came from. Sometimes we temporarily relocate washers and dryers refrigerators sinks hot water tanks water softeners we move them out a few feet from the wall so they have access and the hot water tanks and the pressure tanks we reconnect temporarily so they have water during the process obviously sometimes it's not practical but whenever possible then once the waterproof is completed we come move all that back to the original spots and reconnect it. I have over a hundred jobs on the books as of now and I'm getting 10 to 15 calls a day I have plenty of work I have no problem working with people that listen and learn if you don't know something I will teach you I pay well I want good workers to stay I offer bonuses. Due to the nature of the jobs it's full-time part-time but the pay makes up for the short days sometimes but if you're willing to work it there's plenty of extra hours
My ultimate goal is for you to learn enough and understand enough to where I can just turn jobs over to you and let you run them at a flat rate so you control what you make there's just not enough of me to go around
