Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional deck building experience
Must own a reliable truck or work van
Must provide your own hand and power tools
Strong knowledge of wood and composite decking systems
Ability to read plans and work independently
Experience with framing, stairs, railings, and deck repairs
Valid driver's license
Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing quality work

Responsibilities

Build custom decks from start to finish
Install wood and composite decking, railings, stairs, and pergolas
Perform deck repairs and renovations
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local building codes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Work efficiently while providing excellent customer service
