Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter/Demo Foreman role located in Charlotte, NC. The role involves overseeing demolition and construction projects, ensuring proper use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Additional responsibilities include framing structures, performing finish carpentry tasks, and maintaining a safe and productive worksite. The Carpenter/Demo Foreman will lead a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Carpentry, including framing and finish carpentry
Experience using and maintaining Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively
Ability to read blueprints and implement construction plans
Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols
Previous experience in a foreman or supervisory role is preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
