Carpenter/Framer Wanted — Ongoing Work — Walnut Creek/Concord — $25-30

Wildcat Construction is looking for an experienced carpenter/framer to join our
crew for ongoing work in the Walnut Creek/Concord area. We do residential repair,
remodel, and framing work — steady jobs, not one-and-done gigs.

What we need:

• Solid framing and finish carpentry skills
• Comfortable across a range of construction work — framing, foundations, roofing,

ADU construction, general repair and remodel

• Reliable transportation and own basic hand tools
• Can work independently and follow a scope of work accurately

Details:

• Pay: $25-30/hr, depending on experience
• 1099 subcontractor — you'll need your own insurance/license as applicable;

open to both licensed subs and experienced independent carpenters

• Ongoing work — not a one-time job, looking to build a steady crew relationship
• Local jobs in Walnut Creek/Concord and surrounding East Bay area
• Must be reliable, show up on time, and communicate well
