Description
We are looking to hire a dependable part-time to a full-time Handyman/Carpenter, who can quickly grow with our rental portfolio to maintain our properties located in Manchester and East Hartford. You are expected to help with turning vacant units quickly, doing anything from carpentry repairs to some plumbing. This is a long term opportunity.
An ideal candidate is someone who is capable of doing some or all of the following:
1. Carpentry work - installation of cabinets, countertop, doors, sheetrock repair/install
2. Plumbing - change toilet, vanity, faucets, tubs, work with pex, solder copper
3. Light Electrical - change outlets, light fixtures
4. Flooring - vinyl plank flooring
