Lemma Construction is seeking a dependable, skilled Carpenter / Construction Laborer to join our team working on high-end custom residential projects.

We are a luxury home builder focused on exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and maintaining clean, professional jobsites. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a quality-driven construction team.

Responsibilities include:

General carpentry and finish carpentry

Framing and blocking

Door, trim, paneling, and miscellaneous woodwork installation

Jobsite protection and preparation

Material handling and organization

Punch-list and detail work

General construction labor and jobsite cleanup

Assisting superintendents and carpenters as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Residential construction experience preferred

Carpentry experience strongly preferred

Comfortable working on high-end homes where quality matters

Reliable transportation
