Carpenter/Laborer

Staffworks Group is seeking motivated and dependable Carpenters / Construction Laborers for an immediate opening in Williston, Vermont.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in commercial construction, carpentry, siding installation, metal building construction, wall panel installation, exterior sheathing, or general construction labor.

Responsibilities

Install foam core insulated wall panels on a new commercial construction project.
Position, align, and secure corrugated metal wall panels using screws and fastening systems.
Work as part of a team to safely install exterior wall systems.
Operate and work from aerial lifts and elevated work platforms.
Follow construction drawings, project specifications, and supervisor instructions.
Maintain a safe and organized job site.
Adhere to all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
Assist with general carpentry and construction labor duties as needed.
QualificationsRequired

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Comfortable working at heights and from aerial lifts.
Ability to lift, carry, and position construction materials.
Basic hand tools required.
PPE required, including hard hat, safety glasses, work boots, and gloves.
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
Preferred

Experience with wall panel installation.

Experience installing metal siding or corrugated metal panels.
Background in commercial carpentry, construction labor, or industrial construction.
Experience with exterior sheathing, building envelope systems, or cladding installation.
Lift operation experience is a plus.
