Carpenter / Lead Carpenter – Residential Construction

We're looking to add a skilled carpenter to our team. We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling, additions, decks, and finish carpentry. We take pride in our craftsmanship and are looking for someone who shares the same commitment to quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction
Experience in all aspects of residential construction, including:
-Framing
-Siding and exterior trim
-Deck construction
-Window and door installation
-Interior trim and finish carpentry
-Basic remodeling tasks
-Reliable transportation
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-Punctual and dependable
-Ability to work 35–40+ hours per week
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
