Carpenter/Painter

Hiring an exterior remodeler.

Must have experience and be proficient with installing siding (vinyl, hardi, and wood).

Must have experience and be proficient in painting and caulking.

We do a bit of everything and it would be great if you know how to do more. I’m not looking for a maintenance man to slap lipstick on a pig. I like and want quality work or you won’t be on the job site.

I have a time tracker app which will verify your location while on the job only. We take 30 mins for lunch. 8-10 hour days. If your someone that can’t get to work on time than don’t even waste my time.

Must be willing to work over 40 hours a week. It’s that time of year.

No Alcohol or Drugs. You will be terminated immediately.

There are drug screens and will be one before start of employment. I do not care if you smoke marijuana. It’s none of my business what you do in your off time.

You must be okay to work Heights. We work on 2-3 story buildings using pump jacks, ladders, walkboards. Safety is a priority but you have to be comfortable working at these heights.

Pretty easy to get along with. Just don’t be late and don’t tell me you know how to do something and then screw it up. I don’t have time to babysit. I’m looking for someone that wants to grow with the company and make some money. We work Lexington and surrounding areas.
