Position: Carpenter/Remodeler or Apprentice
Employment Type: Full Time
Location/Service Area: Raleigh/Cary/Durham + Surrounding areas (We accept projects within a 100-125m radius of Raleigh, NC)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am through 5pm with 1 hr lunch. Occasional weekends may be available

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team and assist with remodeling, construction, demolition, junk removal, hauling, cleanup, and other property-service projects.
This is a hands-on position that requires physical work, attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to work safely and professionally around customers and their property.
The ideal candidate is someone who shows up on time, works hard without constant supervision, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn new skills.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist with remodeling, renovation, demolition, and construction projects.
Perform junk removal, loading, hauling, sorting, and disposal work.
Load and unload tools, materials, debris, furniture, appliances, and other items.
Assist with basic carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, landscaping, or other tasks as needed.
Perform job-site preparation, cleanup, and final cleanup.
Protect customers' homes, floors, walls, furniture, and belongings while working.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely.
Follow instructions from the owner/project lead.
Communicate respectfully with customers and coworkers.
Identify potential safety hazards or property concerns and report them promptly.
Complete work according to company quality and safety standards.
Perform other reasonable duties associated with construction, remodeling, junk removal, and property services.

Minimum Requirements
Dependable and punctual.
Able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy or awkward items safely.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Willingness to learn construction, remodeling, demolition, and property-service skills.
Ability to work independently when given a task.
Professional and respectful attitude toward customers.
Reliable transportation to job sites, if applicable.
Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous construction, remodeling, demolition, junk removal, landscaping, moving, warehouse, or general labor experience.
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Basic carpentry or construction knowledge.
Experience operating trailers or work vehicles.
Ability to safely load and secure materials.
Good problem-solving skills.
Customer-service experience.
Relevant licenses, certifications, or trade skills.

Physical Requirements
The position may require:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
Lifting and carrying materials and debris.
Moving furniture, appliances, construction materials, and other heavy or awkward objects.

Repeated physical activity throughout the workday.
