We are a busy local general contracting firm operating on the Big Island, and we’re looking for a dependable, skilled construction hand to join our tight-knit crew.
We don't do drama, half-days, or ghosting. We do quality work, respect our clients and the craft.
What We Need From You:
Proven experience in residential framing, finish carpentry, and general job-site operations.
Your own reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
A strong work ethic—punctuality is non-negotiable (arrive on time, ready to work).
Professionalism and absolute respect for our clients and job sites.
Legal status to work (1099 or W-2 options available for the right fit).
What We Offer:
Steady, consistent work across Kona, from Honaunau toWaimea regularly- also other projects in the pipeline if you’re looking for a gig near or abroad (Maui, South Point, Hawi). We don’t require travel or far away though.
