Seeking a Carpenter’s Apprentice for a Luxury Home Construction Company.

Farnsworth Buidlers is a luxury home builder is seeking a motivated Carpenter’s Apprentice looking to build a long term career with a quality driven team.

This role is focused on detailed finish work and precision carpentry on custom homes. You will be working on projects where accuracy, craftsmanship, and organization are critical.

Responsibilities:

Assist with cabinet installation and fabrication

Set windows and doors with proper alignment and waterproofing
Install and detail reveal metals around windows and doors
Perform framing, backing, and general carpentry tasks
Assist with interior and exterior finish work including trim, blocking, and paneling
Read plans and execute layouts accurately
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Work closely with project managers and field teams

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Interest in a long term career in construction, not just carpentry
Must be open to cross training across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, and general construction
Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
Positive attitude and ability to take direction
Basic understanding of tools and construction
