Carpenter's Apprentice / Construction Laborer

Mone Construction Co., Inc. is looking for a motivated Carpenter's Apprentice / Construction Laborer to join our crew.
We're looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, works well with others, and takes pride in doing quality work.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Assist carpenters with demolition, framing, sheathing, siding, trim, and finish work
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials on the jobsite
- Keeping the site clean, organized, and safe
- Operating and maintaining hand and power tools
- Learning to read plans and take accurate measurements
- Perform general construction labor as needed to keep the project moving
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Willing to learn and follow detailed instructions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to San Francisco job sites
- 1+ year of residential construction or home remodeling experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
Location: San Francisco, CA – In person
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
