CARPENTERS & HELPERS WANTED

We are seeking Carpenters and helpers who do clean, accurate work relative to their work experience, whether it be finish or rough carpentry. Having a sharp eye and excellent thinking ability is mandatory. You will be instrumental in executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on every site. Your ability will help bring architectural visions to life while maintaining the highest standards of safety and precision.

Duties

• Assist with new builds, additions, remodels, and restoration efforts to update or preserve existing structures
• Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and schematics accurately for project execution
• Perform concrete form work, install rebar, residential framing, finish carpentry and cabinetry tasks with attention to detail
• Measure dimensions accurately using tools such as tape measures and levels; perform some heavy lifting as needed
• Operate power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently across various job sites

Experience

• Please note that we are willing to consider training those who may lack the needed experience if we feel their work ethic and attitude towards the finish product and customer satisfaction is compatible with the culture of our company
• Experience as a journeyman or helper in 1 or all of these fields: Concrete forming, rebar installation, rough or finish carpentry
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings is a plus
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure without labeled fractions
• Prior involvement in remodeling or restoration projects
• Excellent physical stamina
