Looking for Carpenters for multiple customers, in multiple locations
Duties include
Construct, install, and repair building frameworks, structures, and fixtures using wood, metal, and other materials. Their core duties span reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials with precision, and ensuring all completed projects strictly comply with local building codes and safety regulations
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Preparation
Blueprint Reading: Review sketches, blueprints, and building plans to understand project specifications and layout requirements.
Estimation: Calculate material quantities, labor needs, and overall project costs to assist with budgeting.
Site Preparation: Prepare the job site by clearing obstacles, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety barriers are in place.
Construction & Installation
Framing (Rough Carpentry): Build the foundational framework of buildings, including walls, floors, partitions, rafters, and doorframes.
Finishing Carpentry: Install interior and exterior fixtures such as windows, molding, stairways, cabinetry, siding, and drywall.
Material Manipulation: Measure, cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand and power tools like saws, drills, and chisels.
Repair & Maintenance
Damage Assessment: Inspect existing structures and fixtures to locate structural damage or wear and tear.
Pay range $35 - $40 + Depending on experience, scope of work and location

Job site locations: Seattle, Mountlake Terrace, Bellevue, Kirkland, Everett, Lynnwood, Burlington....Greater Puget Sound Area
