Carpenters, Laborers, Roofers, Plasterers Needed For Immediate Hire!

Adco Construction & Remodeling LLC is expanding, and we are hiring immediately for multiple skilled trade and field positions. We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team for residential and commercial construction projects in primarily Lake County with some work in Porter County. 📋 Available Positions

1. General Laborers
Role Overview: Provide essential support across various jobsites, ensuring operations run safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Clean and prepare jobsites, load/unload building materials, dig trenches, and assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
Requirements: Strong physical stamina, capability to lift up to 50+ lbs, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

2. Carpenters (Rough & Finish)
Role Overview: Build, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, construct wooden frameworks (structural framing, roofing structures), install trim, doors, molding, and custom woodwork.
Requirements: Proven carpentry experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and precise layout/measurement skills.

3. Plasterers
Role Overview: Apply plaster, stucco, and drywall finishes to interior and exterior walls and ceilings.
Key Responsibilities: Mix plaster ingredients, apply basecoats and finish coats, repair existing plasterwork, and create clean, level textures or smooth finishes.
Requirements: Prior experience in plastering or advanced drywall finishing, knowledge of different plaster mixtures, and a keen eye for detail.

4. Roofers
Role Overview: Install, repair, and replace roofs on residential and commercial structures.
Key Responsibilities: Work safely with a variety of materials including shingles, tiles, and standing-seam metal roofs; inspect roof damage and manage weatherproof sealing.
Requirements: Experience working at heights, familiarity with roofing equipment and safety harnesses, and the ability to work under varying weather conditions

🛠️ General Requirements (All Roles)

Experience: Previous construction experience is required with a minimum of 5 years, but we are willing to train dedicated general laborers.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel between local jobsites.

Safety: Must possess a strong commitment to workplace safety regulations and proper PPE utilization.

Tools: Standard hand tools appropriate for your specific trade are preferred.
