As a journeyman you MUST be able to do the following;
-Have your own tools, reliable truck and clean CDL
-Read plans
-Layout
-Coordinate with subs and suppliers
-Keep simple records and timecards
-Maintain a safe job site
-Professional demeanor - no attitudes

Bi-lingual is a plus
