Carpenters, tile guys and helpers

I have a very good unique job that I’m doing and I need to bring in more help. I’m only looking for people who are really good who understand quality can foresee problems and show up every day. This is not a job that most people get to work on so you have to be up for the task. I’m doing the interior finishing tile trim and cabinet building. Be honest about your skill level. If you’re going to tell me you’re a high-level Carpenter you better be able to know how to do the work at s high level. The Tile work on this job is like nothing you’ve ever seen so I’m looking for very highly skilled people to help me with the tile. Must have transportation and clean criminal record. I could also use some helpers and mid-level people who have common sense.
