We’re currently expanding our team and have openings for the following positions:

Lead Carpenters- 5-10yrs

Must have tools and experience to build a deck or roof independently. Ability to lead crew members and train. Knowledge for only the correct application and follows the prints methodically.

Experienced Carpenter (3–5 Years Experience)

Must have your own basic hand tools, saw, and nail gun

Experience in custom decks, framing, or finish carpentry preferred

Attention to detail and ability to work independently or on a team

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Mid-Level Carpenter (1–3 Years Experience)

Must own tool bags and be ready to learn and grow

Basic understanding of carpentry and construction

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Strong work ethic and positive attitude are a must
