Carpenter/Skilled Tradesman

I am seeking a skilled carpenter or tradesman to join my newly established company specializing in residential remodeling projects. This role involves working individually or in small teams to work on existing home interior/exterior projects and new projects from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Working with wood and other materials accurately to specifications
Assemble building frameworks and structures
Take precise measurements for installations and repairs
Perform repair work on existing structures
Participate in remodeling and renovation projects
Be able to help others but also learn on your own.
Various jobs may include: framing, wood trim, windows, doors, vinyl siding, aluminum trim, flooring, roofing, decks, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

1-2+ years of carpentry/interior/exterior renovation experience
Proficient with carpentry tools and equipment
Your own transportation and hand tools.
Be able to problem solve or at least ask questions if you are unsure.

Compensation is determined based on your experience. A raise will be considered dependent on your work ethic, attitude, experience and progress.
