Carpenter/tradesman and GC needed for this project

We are Church Building Services Cbschurches.com. We have a church steeple project in Portsmouth. We need a GC to pull permits for us for fee. We also need skilled carpenter(s) for some demo and construction of a flat roof assembly, 12' x 12'. The work is temporary there in Portsmouth. We can 1099 or W2. $ 35.00 depending on experience. You must be able to operate and work from a man lift safely. The demo work can be done from the basket. It involves cutting up a fiberglass pergola and taking it down in small amounts. The framing portion will be done from inside and a walkable platform and from a basket.

Whenever we get a job in a new area, and Portsmouth is a new state for us, we market to other churches, so more work can come. But right now we just have this project. Ideal for someone between job's, or want to pick up extra work.
