Carpentry Foreman Needed

Class-A builder based in Fairfax, VA requires an experienced, self-motivated, critical-thinking carpentry supervisor for extensive, top-quality framing and trim carpentry projects.

Required skills include: attention to detail and the ability to precisely measure, design, determine elevations and manage the installation of general framing, post and beam structures, custom roof and cricket layouts, trusses, rough openings, window and door takeoffs, roof pitches and stair layouts.

You will design and supervise the installation of trim carpentry, including kitchens, vanities, railings, built-in millwork and fine interior and exterior trim.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of in-field experience with all types of residential carpentry. All work is located in Northern Virginia and the candidate must also reside there.
