We're looking for people who want steady, full-time work in rough wood framing and carpentry throughout the Tampa Bay area.
EXPERIENCED FRAMERS ARE ESPECIALLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY — BUT EXPERIENCE ISN'T EVERYTHING.
If you have construction experience, the proper tools and PPE, reliable transportation, and a genuine desire to work and learn, we want to hear from you. Rough framing experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

We're an established Tampa Bay company with experienced people who have been with us for 25–30 years. We're looking for good people who want to become part of the crew, learn more of the trade and take on greater responsibility as their abilities grow.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
You don't need a perfect resume. We care about people who show up consistently, work hard, follow instructions, work safely and get along with the crew. If that's you, we'll consider you even if you don't have years of framing experience.
THE WORK:
This is hands-on rough wood framing. Our crews build custom homes, large custom decks, clubhouses and amenity centers, offices and other commercial structures throughout the Tampa Bay area. Depending on your experience, you'll work alongside experienced framers performing the parts of the job you're ready to handle while learning more of the trade.
PAY:
Pay is based on your experience and demonstrated ability. Higher pay may be considered for an exceptionally well-qualified and experienced candidate.
TOOLS, PPE & TRANSPORTATION:
You must have the proper basic tools and PPE for construction work and reliable transportation to jobsites throughout the Tampa Bay area.
FULL-TIME, LOCAL WORK:
This is a long-term, full-time position with local Tampa Bay work and no overnight travel.
