Carpentry Subcontractor Crew Wanted - Fairfax, VA / Northern VA

We are looking for an established carpentry crew to bring on as a subcontractor. We need a team that already has its own field manager and can start steady, full-time, year-round work.

What we're looking for:

• Full carpentry crew with its own field manager
• Experienced carpenters only, no entry-level or apprentice crews
• Own tools and transportation
• Valid insurance
• Good communication, can keep a job on schedule

The work includes: framing, trim, decking, and general carpentry on residential remodel and home improvement projects around Northern VA.

This is steady work, not a one-off job. Looking to build a long-term relationship with the right crew.
