Willow Construction Co. is a growing residential general contracting company based in Orlando, FL, seeking a skilled, licensed carpenter for ongoing work.

Scope of work includes:

• Finish and trim carpentry (baseboards, casing, crown, built-ins)
• Door and window installation
• Framing and structural repairs
• Decking, railings, and exterior carpentry
• Cabinet installation and adjustments

Requirements:

• Licensed and insured in Florida (COI required)
• Experience in residential carpentry and finish work
• Available for recurring project-based work in the greater Orlando area
• Clean, detail-oriented work — references required
• Professional, communicative, and reliable
