Pay and Benefits:
> $17 to $21 per hour starting pay (DOE) + performance bonuses + overtime

We're Looking for someone who:
> Has high energy and strong work ethic
> Maintains a clean-cut, professional appearance (you'll be working in customers homes and businesses)
> Has a clean driving record
> Lives close to our Yard at 86th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road Peoria (North Valley/Peoria area strongly preferred for easy commute)
> Has reliable transportation to the Yard every morning at 800 AM
> Is honest, dependable, and eager to learn and grow
> Has customer service background (retail, auto, restaurant, landscaping)-Big plus but not required

This is an active, physical work that keeps you moving. You'll be trained to professionally clean carpet and other flooring materials in homes and businesses. As you gain experience, there's a clear path to advance into estimating, water mitigation/flood restoration and reconstruction. Many of our best technicians started with zero experience.
