What You'll Do:
-Install carpet in residential homes with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
-Measure, cut, stretch, and secure carpet using industry-standard tools and techniques.
-Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors as needed.
-Load and unload materials while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
-Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members throughout the installation process.
-Ensure every installation meets Floor Nation's quality standards.

What We're Looking For:
-Previous carpet installation experience required.
-Ability to work independently and efficiently.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
