Carpet & LVP Installers – Subcontract Work – New Construction Homes

We are looking for reliable subcontract carpet and LVP installers for new construction homes in the
Chicago area. We install flooring for national home builders and have consistent homes ready each
week. This is steady work installing flooring in brand new, empty homes. Many installers prefer new
construction because the installs are cleaner, faster, and more predictable than retail work.

What the Work Looks Like

• New construction homes
• Carpet and LVP installation
• Homes are empty and clean (no furniture or homeowners)
• Larger square footage installs than typical retail jobs
• Consistent builder schedules

Additional Work Available in the Same Homes

• Window blinds
• Closet shelving
• Bathroom mirrors
• Shower doors

Notes on Additional Work

These items are already in the house and ready to install, creating additional revenue per job without
another trip. If you have not installed these before, we will provide training.

Compensation

• Subcontract work
• Paid weekly
