CDL-A Driver / Laborer

Qualifications:

• APPLICANTS MUST HAVE TWO (2) YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A CDL-A DRIVER.
• Committed to working in a drug/alcohol free workplace.
• Comfortable working in proximity to a high volume of fast-moving traffic.
• MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL within Texas. Crews typically leave on Monday and return on Friday.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• This position involves outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Collaborate with crews in tasks such as laying conduit, trenching, shoveling, and digging.
• Assist in the placement, movement, and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones, and other traffic control devices.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to jobsite safety and adhere to safe work practices diligently.

Benefits:

• Starting pay of $25 - 27 per hour with the opportunity for overtime (45+ hours weekly). Negotiable depending on relevant experience.
