CDL Class A Driver – Chip Seal Crew

Location: Central Washington (Travel Required)

Premier Asphalt LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable CDL Class A driver to join our chip seal crew. We are a growing company looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and wants long-term employment.

Job Duties

• Drive a tandem dump truck hauling aggregate to chip seal projects.
• Work alongside the chip seal crew as required.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and keeping equipment clean and maintained.
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Clean driving record.
• Must provide a complete employment history for the past 5 years.
• Must provide a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must have an active FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse account and be ready to grant employer consent.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must participate in ongoing random DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Must accurately complete a weekly timesheet for compliance with the DOT short-haul exemption (no ELD required).
• Chip seal or road construction experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
