CDL Driver / Knuckleboom Operator – $25–$28/Hour

The Barricade Company is seeking a dependable CDL driver to transport, deliver, and place traffic control equipment throughout the Las Vegas area. This position operates a commercial vehicle and knuckleboom crane to safely load, unload, deliver, and pick up equipment at job sites.

We are looking for someone who takes safety seriously, works well independently and as part of a team, and is comfortable working outdoors in an active construction and traffic control environment.

Who You Are:

• You are an experienced and safety-conscious commercial driver.
• You understand the importance of properly securing and inspecting loads.
• You are comfortable operating a knuckleboom crane or similar equipment.
• You are dependable, responsible, and able to adjust to changing job-site conditions.
• You take pride in maintaining your vehicle and equipment.

• Safely operate a CDL vehicle while transporting traffic control equipment.
• Operate a knuckleboom crane to load, unload, and place materials.
• Deliver and pick up barricades, signs, cones, and other traffic control devices at job sites.
• Inspect the vehicle, crane, equipment, and load before transportation.
• Properly secure all equipment and materials for transport.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain assigned equipment and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and job-site personnel.

• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past five years.
• Previous experience operating a knuckleboom crane or similar equipment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to safely perform physical work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and load-securing procedures.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to the assigned work location.
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings.
