Cement Contractor Finisher/ Laborer

We are seeking CDL Drivers, Cement Finishers and laborers to join our team. Your job will entail working to produce quality results. The candidate will have good knowledge of concrete finishing with use of hand and power tools as well as skills in general concrete forming and layout. Responsibilities:

• Finish slabs with hand and power tools
• Finish walls, including grinding and rubbing
• Assist in layout, form and pour concrete slabs, footings, sidewalks, and stairs
• Set grades and elevations
• Install incidental concrete items such as rebar, sleeves, anchor bolts, etc
• Rigging and signaling (crane/excavator communications)
• Read and interpret blueprints is beneficial
• Perform other construction duties as needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements:

• Safety knowledge and skills
• Concrete finishing skills
• Blueprint reading
• Operate transit & laser level
• Proper use and maintenance of hand tools
• Crane/excavator signaling
• Ability to work in confined spaces

Minimum Qualifications Required at time of Application:

Three years trade related experience.
