Cement Finisher — Rio Linda, CA

SDOE · Full-time, year-round

We're a licensed structural contractor doing foundation repair, foundation replacement, and new foundations across Northern California. We're looking for an experienced cement finisher who takes pride in the work and wants steady hours instead of chasing the next job.

What you'll be doing

Cutting holes in existing cement slabs and patching back

Placing and tying rebar
Screeding, floating, edging, jointing, and troweling — hand and power
Broom, smooth, and exposed finishes depending on the job
Footings, stem walls, slabs, rat slabs, and patch-back after pile installation
Stripping forms, clean-up, and keeping tools and equipment in shape
What we need from you

Solid experience finishing structural concrete — footings, stem walls, and slabs
Your own hand tools (trowels, floats, edgers, jointers) a plus
Ability to work off plans and hit specified elevations
Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
Willing to start early — summer pours go out before the heat does
Able to work on your knees, bend, and lift 50–60 lbs through a full day
Reliable transportation to our Rio Linda shop every morning
Pass a pre-employment drug screen

Forming experience on residential retrofit
Excavator or skid steer operation
OSHA 10 or 30
