Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician – Lakeway, TX

$24–$28/hour | Weekly Pay | Full-Time

The Liberty Group is hiring an experienced Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting a beautiful apartment community in Lakeway, TX.

What You'll Do:

Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
Perform preventive maintenance throughout the community
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, and carpentry issues
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-ready)
Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property
Participate in an emergency on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
EPA Certification required
HVAC experience required
Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance issues
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
