This is the perfect role for someone who likes to manage their own day, operate top-tier equipment, and avoid the "rainy day" grind.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Expert Application: Applying lawn care treatments to premium residential and commercial properties using late-model ride-on spreader/sprayers.
• Property Diagnosis: Inspecting and diagnosing insects, diseases, and turf health issues to keep our clients' properties in peak condition.
• Customer Interaction: Acting as a professional advisor to clients, explaining treatments, and making expert recommendations.
• Safety First: Maintaining a safety-conscious approach in all aspects of chemical handling and equipment operation.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified in Category 3 Turf & Landscape (or the ability to obtain it within 30 days).
• Experience: 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 80 lbs. occasionally).
• Skills: Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Big Plus: CDL and/or Sales experience.
