About the roll:
We are a locally owned Septic & Sewer company focused on residential septic installations and basic residential site development. Our work includes septic system installation and repair, residential septic and sewer site work, utility trenches, and site preparation for single family homes and small residential projects.
We are seeking a Certified Septic Installer with prior equipment experience who can confidently lead and install, run equipment and wants to continue developing skills in residential excavation and site work. This position emphasizes precision, safety, and quality, on residential projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform septic system installations, including trenching, tank placement, and drain fields
  • Operate excavators, skid steers, and backhoes on residential projects
  • Excavate residential foundations, utility trenches and site prep areas
  • Work closely with the crew to maintain safe, efficient residential jobsites
  • Learn and apply proper grading, elevations, and layout
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Requirements:
  • Septic Install Experience required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a must
  • Understanding of basic jobsite safety and workflow
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • CDL Class A or B
This position is designed for operators with existing seat time who are comfortable working on residential projects and growing their skills in septic installations and site development.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Experience digging foundations and utility trenches
  • Ability to read basic site plans
  • Mechanical aptitude or equipment maintenance experience
  • Familiarity with residential construction or excavation environments preferred.
