Pay: Competitive pay based on experience and project assignment. Prevailing Wage projects available, with rates varying by project location and classification; current opportunities may offer rates up to $93.22/hour.

About the Position: We are seeking an experienced CERTIFIED Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team specializing in multi-family apartment construction throughout the Greater Sacramento Area. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, prioritizes safety, and can lead crews while maintaining project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on multi-family apartment projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and specifications
• Coordinate and oversee daily work activities to ensure project schedules are met
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC standards, local codes, and company safety policies
• Lead by example and assist with training and mentoring team members when needed
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and job site safety
• Perform physically demanding work in various weather and job site conditions
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and other trades

Requirements

• Current Journeyman Electrician Card (Required)
• Multi-family apartment construction experience
• Ability to oversee work and maintain project schedules
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, lifting materials, climbing ladders, and working on active construction sites
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on prevailing wage projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
