🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to residential service requests

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, and appliances

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records

Turn vacant units into market-ready apartments

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems

Deliver top-notch customer service to residents

Install ceiling fans, wall sockets, and handle minor electrical/plumbing repairs

Spray painting and pressure washing experience is a plus

✅ Requirements:
6+ months of multi-family/apartment maintenance experience

EPA or HVAC certification (a plus)

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Willing to undergo a background check

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
