Certified Maintenance Technician (CMT)

Austin Area | $25–$28/Hour + Monthly Car Allowance

Position Details:

Starting Assignment: New Braunfels apartment community

Permanent Coverage Area: Kyle, Dripping Springs & Georgetown
Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Additional Monthly Perks

✔️ $30 Cell Phone Allowance
✔️ $120 Lunch Allowance

Requirements:

EPA Type II or Universal Certification (Required)

Valid Texas Driver's License
Apartment maintenance experience
Ability to travel between assigned communities
Strong troubleshooting, repair, and customer service skills
