🔥 EPA Certified? HUGE PLUS!

Already have your EPA Type II or Universal Certification? Great!

Responsibilities

Complete residential service requests in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues
Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by completing make-ready repairs
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems
Install ceiling fans, outlets, light fixtures, faucets, and other minor plumbing/electrical repairs
Pressure washing and exterior maintenance
Maintain grounds and common areas
Complete maintenance logs and work orders
Participate in on-call rotations as required
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents

Qualifications

Apartment maintenance experience required
EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred
HVAC experience is a plus
Must have your own basic maintenance tools
Valid Texas driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
